The Myer and Rosaline Feinstein Center for American Jewish History promotes the study of Jewish experience in America. Founded in May 1990, it is part of Temple University's Department of History in the College of Liberal Arts.

A panel on food workers and recent Jewish-led efforts to secure fair wages and working conditions.

With chef Michael Solomonov (Zahav), Rabbi Shmuly Yanklowitz (Uri L’Tzedek, an Orthodox social justice organization), an organizer from the RestaurantOpportunitiesCenter, and a restaurant worker.

Co-sponsored by TempleUniversity’s FeinsteinCenter for American Jewish History, the Jewish Farm School, Kol Tzedek, Congregation Rodeph Shalom, and Fair Food Philly.
