Michelle and Josef Trasken of Newtown, Pa., and Beth and David Boisselle of Holland, Pa., and Margate, N.J., are thrilled to announce the engagement of their children, Caryn Sarah Trasken and Jake Andrew Boisselle.
Caryn is a graduate of Temple University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Jewish studies. She is currently working toward her Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree at Drexel University. Caryn is a religious school teacher at Congregation Beth El in Yardley.
Jake is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in computer engineering with a minor in mathematics He is a systems analyst and project manager at Merrill Lynch in Hopewell, N.J.
Sharing in the couple’s happiness are Caryn’s aunt, Harriet Levin, and Jake’s siblings Michael Boisselle and Sherri Boisselle.
Caryn is the granddaughter of the late Vivien and Julius Trasken, and the late Edith and Bernard Levin. Jake is the grandson of Frances Boisselle and the late David Boisselle, and the late Bernice and Morton Shapiro.
The couple, who currently resides in Yardley, is planning a March 2015 wedding in Cinnaminson, N.J.
