Stephen Flatow tells the story of how his daughter’s decision to not attend public school changed her family’s life and how a father comes to understand that all Jews are part of the same family.  Stephen explains, “When my daughter was murdered by terrorists in Gaza, her influence grew stronger still.”  The “Justice for Victims of Terrorism Act” led to his filing a lawsuit for the purpose of holding the Iranian government accountable and seeking justice against those who murdered his daughter.  Flatow’s family used the damages awarded to perpetuate Alisa’s memory through the Alisa Flatow Memorial Scholarship Fund.  The fund has been established for scholarship and other to pursuits of Jewish studies in the U.S. and Israel.  Mr. Flatow will discuss religion, faith, and Israel.

Suggested donation: $18.  Proceeds will benefit the Alisa Flatow Memorial Scholarship Fund.
