The Watermark at Logan Square presents Importance of Exercise for Seniors

Studies have shown that exercise provides many health benefits including staying strong and fit enough to keep doing the things that people have always done. At this seminar, Michael Hicks, Director of Rehabilitation for The Watermark at Logan Square, and his team will demonstrate and teach attendees age specific recommendations to help maintain a healthy physical lifestyle and an improved quality of life.
