New and current members of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Legacy Society — men and women who have generously endowed the future of the Jewish community through lifetime gifts or estate planning — will be honored during a festive reception on Tuesday, Sept. 24.

The cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Jewish Community Services Building, 2100 Arch St.

The event will also honor the generous men and women who passed away during the past Jewish year and who remembered the community with an endowment gift (see list below).

“These endowments provide Federation and the community with strong financial resources, assuring our community’s continuity and vitality,” said Karen Kramer, who serves as co-chair of the event along with her husband, Bill Kramer, and Evelyn and Ed Rosen.

Community members are encouraged to bring guests to this special evening.

Dietary laws will be observed and valet parking will be available at the building entrance.

Please RSVP by Sept. 14.
