Mel and Susanne Shuster of Center City, and Hank and Barbara Zuckerman of Bryn Mawr announce the marriage of their children, Dr. Jaime Shannon Spinell and Jonathon Michael Zuckerman.
The ceremony took place June 11 at the Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia.
Rabbi Max Hausen officiated.
Nikki Zwiebel served as the matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Abbey Zuckerman, cousin of the groom; Jaime Abramson; Erica Frost; Elyssa Cohen; Amy Simon; Lindsay Kornhauser; and Nicole Kramer. Dylan Zwiebel served as the flower girl and was escorted by her brother, Jack Zwiebel.
Blake Zuckerman, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen included Michael Zuckerman, cousin of the groom; Eric Kaplan; Steve Powell; Jonathan Flax; Brett Ciarelli; and Jordan Stuart. Ethan and Luke Zuckerman, cousins of the groom, were the ring bearers.
Completing the wedding party were Jaime's grandmother, Helen Azarva, escorted by Benjamin Zuckerman, uncle of the groom.
The signing of the ketubah was witnessed by Erica Frost, Christopher Plentus and Timothy Pappas.
Jaime is the granddaughter of the late Bernard Azarva. Jonathon is the grandson of the late Florence and Leon Zuckerman, and the late Joseph and Mollie Saxanoff.
Jaime earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Ohio State University. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from LaSalle University and completed postdoctoral training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. Jaime is currently the director of clinical psychology at the Center for Neuroscience in Media. She is also an adjunct undergraduate professor at LaSalle and Penn State universities.
Jon is a graduate of George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Jon is a sales executive at Zuckerman Honickman, Inc., in King of Prussia.
After a honeymoon on the Greek islands of Santorini and Crete, the couple lives in Conshohocken.
