Shir Ami will present "Yoga Shalom," a unique worship experience and physical journey, guided by a sequence of traditional Hebrew prayers.
Whether you have no yoga experience or have been practicing for years and regardless of your age or your abilities, Yoga Shalom will relax your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit.
Brunch will follow after the service. An $18 donation is requested and all proceeds will go to the Shir Ami Food Pantry.
