World-Renowned Faculty Concert and International Feast

The Nelly Berman School of Music will host its annual Gala Faculty Recital and International Delicacies Reception this Saturday, February 22nd, at 7 p.m in Lurwick Hall, St. Luke United Methodist Church, 536 Montgomery Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.

The concert will feature works by Haydn, Chopin, Brahms, Schumann, Liszt, Debussy, and Gilbert and Sullivan. Musicians will perform on piano, violin, viola, cello, clarinet, flute, trumpet, guitar, saxophone and voice.

We are honored to have Professor Jeffrey Solow, Head of the Cello department at Temple University, world respected cellist and pedagogue, to perform at the Nelly Berman School Faculty Recital, accompanied by Elena Berman-Gantard. Mr. Solow teaches for the Nelly Berman School by special arrangement.

All proceeds will benefit Nelly Berman Classical Music Institute, a non-profit organization which provides merit-based scholarships to talented and hard-working students whose dedication and passion advances the traditions of classical music in our society.
