Wine Maker Dinner with Herzog Wines

Chef Karen Nicolas has created a five course pairing menu to complement highlighted wines from Herzog Wine Cellars the winemaker Joe Hurliman will present, share and discuss.  The menu is:

Buckwheat blinis, chive custard, tomato caviar

Fluke crude, summer melons, radish, crispy squash blossoms, mustard curd

Mushroom pierogies, sweetbread ragu, black garlic, summer truffle

Spiced duck, barley porridge, pickled plums, baby beets, borscht sauce

Almond panna cotta, peaches, shaved coconut, lemon verbena, muscat ice
