Richard H. Wells a bank manager died February 26, 2013, he resided in Warminster, PA.  Beloved husband of Ilene (Nee Zbarsky), devoted father of Neil (Patricia) Wells and Michael (Margaret) Wells,  proud grandfather of Jake and Allie.
