Philadelphia seniors can learn a variety of ways to become, as Ben Franklin once wrote, “healthy, wealthy and wise” at several FREE lunchtime seminars offered by The Watermark at Logan Square in Center City. Located in a luxury high-rise in the heart of the city, The Watermark at Logan Square welcomes local seniors to tour the residence and hear experts on a variety of helpful topics throughout August, September and October. There is limited seating and advance reservations are required. The Watermark at Logan Square is located just off the Benjamin Franklin Parkway at Two Franklin Town Boulevard in Philadelphia.   • Tuesday, October 8, 2013, 11:30 a.m.: “The 4 P’s of Downsizing – Process, Papers, Pictures and Pills” – Marlene Stocks of Senior Transition Services of Huntingdon Valley presents a practical approach to managing a house full of possessions, keepsakes and medications, so making the transition to a smaller retirement residence is as stress-free and positive as possible. Lunch & Learn programs begin at 11:30, starting with a tour of the community, followed by the presentation and a buffet meal.
