Andrea Plasky of Cheltenham announces the marriage of her daughter, Rachel Gayle, to Scott Joseph Steele, son of Sylvia Steele of Northbrook, Ill.
The ceremony took place on Sept. 6 at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
Rabbi Seymour Rosenbloom of Congregation Adath Jeshurun in Elkins Park officiated.
Lauren Geer served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Naomi Plasky and Judith Plasky, cousins of the bride; Samantha Steele, niece of the groom; Arlyn Landow; Myra Rickun; and Sarah Roby. Junior bridesmaids included Sara Silverman, cousin of the bride; Alli and Sarah Biskowitz; Carly Cohen; and Carli and Sophie Shapiro. Flowers girls were Maya Biskowitz; Blake, Brynn and Charly Landow; and Bryn, Grace and Natalie Roby.
Bob Salkin was the best man. Groomsmen were Steve Steele, brother of the groom; Jeff Biskowitz; Bill Kleiman; Jerry Pisani; Doug Rucki; and Mark Shapiro. Zac Cohen was the ring bearer.
Completing the wedding party were Phyllis Silverman and Jean Plasky, grandmothers of the bride, escorted by the bride's cousin, Matt Alberts.
Rachel is the daughter of the late Barry Plasky, and Scott is the son of the late Max Steele.
After a honeymoon in Greece, the couple lives in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisc.
