As always, with a new year comes resolutions to work harder, get in shape, eat better... For some of us, it feels like resolution repeat year after year. But what if this year could be different? I asked my friend, Lance David Isakov, a licensed acupuncturist and yoga teacher, for his thoughts on how people can actually achieve their 2013 goals.
