Receptionist Needed- Katz Center for Advanced Judaic Studies
The Herbert D. Katz Center for Advanced Judaic Studies is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our office located at 420 Walnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. The position schedule is 8:45-4:45, Monday- Friday.
Duties include: Receive and direct visitors; answer telephone and direct calls; answer inquiries about the Center; assist in scheduling and coordinating events for the Center; screen and route incoming mail and post outgoing mail; keep records of mailing costs per user; assist as needed in word processing; and assist staff members. Applicants should have a High School Degree or GED and 1 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an office setting, flexibility and ability to switch gears as need arises is preferred.
