Penny (nee Pugach) and Moshe Parilis of Teaneck, NJ, announce the birth of their son Simcha M. (Simcha Mayer) born on May 25, 2012. 

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Marilyn K. Pugach of Cherry Hill along with Sheila and Jerry Parilis of Spring Valley, NY.

Joining in welcoming Simcha are aunts and uncles Susan and David Pugach, Rachel and Joseph Parilis, Annie and Marc Hoschander, Karen and Mechy Drelich, Susan Parilis, Great-Uncle Gil Klein, Cousin Pamela Klein, along with eighteen first-cousins.

Simcha M. is named in loving memory of his maternal grandfather Simon M. (Simcha Mayer) Pugach.
