The Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Mercer County, along with Beth Chaim Congregation, will host the Kosher Café West program.
Following a viewing of the film The Tribe, Anne Berman Waldorf, director of lifelong education at the synagogue, will discuss what it means to be Jewish in 21st-century America.
The cafe program is open to older adults. Cost: $5.
The Kosher Café West program provides a hot, family-style kosher lunch to older adults and presents an informational speaker each month. Meals are prepared by the Natalie and Robert Marcus Greenwood House Home for the Jewish Aged under the supervision of Rabbi Isaac Leizerowski.
