Aimee Horowitz and Jeffrey Hoffner were married June 17 by Rabbi Michael Holzman of Congregation Rodeph Shalom in Philadelphia. A reception followed at the Park Hyatt at the Belleview.
Aimee is a cum laude graduate of Bucknell University, and works for YAI/National Institute for People With Disabilities, a nonprofit organization supporting people with development and learning disabilities, and their families.
Jeffrey, a magna cum laude graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is a financial analyst for Scout Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he covers the financial-services industry.
Aimee is the daughter of Dona Horowitz-Behrend, Ph.D., and the late Dr. Leonard Norman Horowitz, and the stepdaughter of David Behrend of Bryn Mawr. The couple made a donation in honor of their wedding to the American Heart Association in memory of Aimee's late father.
Jeffrey is the son of Ellen and Ron Hoffner of Pomona, N.Y.
The couple lives in New York City.
