Harry H. Cohen, retired senior partner in the certified public-accounting firm of Fishbein and Company, died Jan. 19, at his home at Shannondell in Audubon, Pa. He was formerly of Bala Cynwyd, and Palm Aire in Pompano Beach, Fla.
A graduate of Northeast High School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Cohen specialized in accounting for the apparel manufacturing industry. At age 21, he was one of the youngest to become a CPA in Pennsylvania.
He also served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Birgit, a troop carrier in the Pacific.
A longtime congregant of Har Zion Temple, he was an avid learner of the Talmud during his retirement. He was also a Mason.
Cohen is survived by his wife of 51 years, Pearl (Pat) Cohen; daughters Donna Cohen Levenson and Susan Cohen; son Michael Cohen; and six grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents, Tillie and David Cohen, and brothers Morris Cohen and Samuel Cohen.
