Selma Eizman announces the Bat Mitzvah of her granddaughter, Chana Tzvia Prigal, on Nov. 13. She is the daughter of Rebecca and Moshe Bear Prigal.

In honor of the event, a luncheon with family and friends was held for Chana in Park Heights in Baltimore.
