Dr. Herbert Phillips, June 28, 2022, of Bala Cynwyd. Beloved husband of Jafa (nee Priefer), devoted father Sharon Phillips (Edwin Lee) and Doron (Marla) Phillips; cherished grandfather of Sasha, Max, Zackary and Jory. Herbert was a professor and Chair of Finance at Temple University. Services are private.
