<p>Dara (nee Penn) and Andrew Newman of Merion announce the birth of their son and daughter, Blake Morgan (Dov Meir) and Hailey Isabella (Chaia Yitzhaka), on Aug. 22.</p> <p>Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Roberta and Alan Penn of Allentown, and Terry and David Newman of Berwyn; along with great-grandmothers Muriel Frank and Freda Schlanger of Allentown, and Esther Glauser of Wynnewood.</p> <p>Joining in welcoming Hailey and Blake are Aunt Rhonda and Uncle Michael Seidman, and Aunt Lisa Newman.</p> <p>Blake Morgan is named in loving memory of his maternal great-grandfather Bernard Frank and his maternal great-great-aunt Myra Levy. Hailey Isabella is named in loving memory of her paternal great-grandfathers, Herman (&quot;Hy&quot;) Mosler and Isadore W. Newman.</p>
