New Moon Chanting

January 31, 2014 7:30 PM-9:30 PM

Come welcome Adar, the happiest month of the Jewish calendar! Tradition states, "when Adar comes, joy increases."

Welcome the new moon with a joyful, meditative chanting community. Join music and movement specialists, Julie Lipson and Lee Fogel, as they lead a simple and inviting form of call and response chanting-- weaving Jewish texts into beautiful music that is both relaxing and energizing.
