The Borowsky Gallery at the Gershman Y will host a 6 p.m. reception for the opening of an exhibition of actor Zero Mostel’s art.

Another side of the legendary performer Zero Mostel is revealed in this exhibit of his paintings and drawings, buzzing with the same energy he brought to his acting. Mostel began as an artist and never stopped throughout his theater and film career. 

The recep­tion is free and open to the public. The exhibit will run through Sunday, Feb. 3.
