Michael and Lilia Tesler of Philadelphia, and Howard and Elaine Fried of Pasadena, Calif., announce the engagement of their children, Rozanna Tesler and Randall Jay Fried.

    Rozanna is a graduate of Akiba Hebrew Academy and the George Washington University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in international business. She also holds a Juris Doctorate from the Villanova Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and the Order of the Coif. Rozanna is senior counsel for the feature film division of Twentieth Century Fox in Los Angeles.

    Randall is a graduate of Alhambra High School and the University of California at Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He is a teacher of Judaic studies, an educator for "The March of the Living" program and an entrepreneur currently working on opening a kosher restaurant in Los Angeles.

    Rozanna is the granddaughter of the late Naum Tesler and Elizabeth Tesler of Philadelphia; and the late Izya Zhilovetsky and Sara Zhilovetsky, also of Philadelphia. Randall is the grandson of the late Morris and Bessie Fried, formerly of Los Angeles; and the late Charles and Hilda Yanoff, formerly of Alhambra, Calif.

    The couple, who met at a wedding in Los Angeles, looks forward to bringing the celebration full circle at their own wedding in 2011.
