Linda and Michael Avitan of Rehovot, Israel; and Shari and David Seltzer of Huntingdon Valley announce the marriage of their children, Liora Malka Avitan and Jeremy Micah Seltzer.

    The ceremony took place on Dec. 29, at Yarok Al Hamayim, Kibbutz Hulda in Israel. Rabbi Yosef Kleiner officiated.

    On April 1, a civil ceremony took place at the Philmont Country Club in Huntingdon Valley. Rabbi Joel Seltzer, cousin of the groom, officiated.

    Liora, a graduate of Ben Gurion University of the Negev, is the associate director of the New York Region of American Associates of Ben Gurion University.

    Jeremy is a graduate of Columbia University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Ben Gurion University. He is director of business development for North America for Wrapp.

    Liora is the granddaughter of Dorothy and Norman Brotman of Monroe Township, N.J., and the late Chana and Eliyahu Avitan of Eilat, Israel. Jeremy is the grandson of Gerry and Lou Seltzer of Elkins Park, and the late Pearl and Ted Ginsberg of Delray Beach, Fla.

    After a honeymoon in Thailand and Vietnam, the couple lives in New York City.
