Zev Deutch of Glenside; Sharon Deutch of Berkeley, Calif.; and Yousef and Diana Moradzadeh of San Carlos, Calif., announce the marriage of their children, Nomi Chana Deutch and Michael Benjamin Moradzadeh.

    The ceremony and reception took place on Jan. 3 at the Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco.

    Rabbi Shaye Guttenberg of the Jewish Study Network officiated.

    Nomi is a graduate of the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University, and earned a master's degree in international relations from the London School of Economics. She was also the recipient of the Fulbright scholarship to Turkey. Nomi works as the assistant director of the American Jewish Committee in San Francisco.

    Michael graduated Phi Beta Kappa from U.C. Berkeley, and earned a Juris Doctorate with honors from Columbia University. He is the managing partner of Rimon Law Group, a virtual law firm.

    Nomi is the sister of Kira Deutch; and the granddaughter of Leib Deutch and the late Shifra Deutch, and Adele Katzen and the late Harry Katzen.

    Michael is the brother of Eagal Moradzadeh and Melody Choslovsky; and the grandson of the late Moshe and Neima Moradzadeh, and Farouk Hedvat and the late David Hedvat.

    The couple, who lives in San Francisco, honeymooned in Argentina and Brazil.
