Dr. Jay and Evelyn Lipschutz of Allentown, and David and Shari Seltzer of Huntingdon Valley announce the marriage of their children, Stacy Lipschutz and Matthew Seltzer.

    The wedding ceremony and reception took place on Aug. 12 at Temple Beth El in Allentown, Pa., where the couple became engaged in June 2006.

    Rabbi Moshe Re'em and Cantor Kevin Wartell of Temple Beth El officiated.

    Michele Leisawitz, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Lauren Lipschutz, Madeline Renny and Naomi Sullum.

    Jeremy Seltzer, brother of the groom, served as the best man. Groomsmen were Jeffrey Cohen, Benjamin Leisawitz, Andrew Small, Harrison Small, Brian Wasser, Aaron Wernick and Brian Wernick.

    Uncles David Small and Andrew Wernick witnessed the ketubah signing.

    Stacy is the granddaughter of Sidney and Esther Bratt of Reading, and Shirley Lipschutz and the late Dr. Arthur Lipschutz of Fort Myers Fla., formerly of Philadelphia. Matthew is the grandson of Louis and Gerry Seltzer of Elkins Park, and Pearl Ginsberg and the late Teddy Ginsberg of Delray Beach, Fla.

    Stacy is a magna cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She works for the David Project.

    Matthew is a graduate of the University of Maryland Scholars Program, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. He is an account executive with CBS Television Stations.

    After a honeymoon in Tahiti, the couple relocated to Brookline, Mass.
