Hal and Audrey Krisbergh of Jenkintown, and Stanley and Helene Benzel of Highland Park, N.J., announce the engagement of their children, Deborah Susan Krisbergh and Benjamin David Benzel.

    Deborah graduated from Abington High School and the University of Michigan, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. She is vice president of institutional marketing at Cohen and Steers Capital Management, Inc., a real estate investment trust in Manhattan.

    Benjamin, a graduate of William Allen High School, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Binghamton University. He is a trader at Trillium Trading, LLC.

    Sharing in the couple's happiness are Deborah's twin brother, Jonathan, and his wife, Rachel, of Manhattan; along with Ben's brother, Irwin, and his wife, Melissa, of Manhattan; and his sisters Florence Orlovsky and her husband, Rod, of Toms River, N.J.; and Judy Mazor and her husband, Nati, of Highland Park.

    Deborah is the granddaughter of the late Lillian and Albert Goldfinger, and the late Sydell and Philip Krisbergh. Benjamin is the grandson of the late Irving and Rose Benzel, and the late Bernard and Sarah Itzkowitz.

    The couple, who met at the engagement party of mutual friends in New York, is planning a May wedding at Gotham Hall in Manhattan.
