Shari and Robert Henry, and Raisa and Ilya Pikus announce the marriage of their children, Lana Pikus and Michael Evan Henry.
The ceremony took place on Aug. 29, 2004, at Adath Jeshurun Congregation in Minneapolis.
Rabbi Harold Kravitz and Cantor Scott Buckner officiated.
Lana Gendlin was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Julia Shmidov Latz, cousin of the bride; Farrah Gold (Henry), now sister-in-law of the bride and groom; Annie Smith; Caroline Stewart; Miriam Zuk; and Kim Van Naarden Braun.
David and Eric Henry, brothers of the groom, served as best men. Groomsmen were David Grinberg and Lee Grinberg, cousins of the groom; Alexander Pikus, brother of the bride; Valentin Shmidov, cousin of the bride; Joshua Van Naarden; and Peter Burstein.
Miriam Zuk and Robert Van Naarden witnessed the signing of the ketubah.
Completing the wedding party were Sheyna Pikus, grandmother of the bride; Miriam Chackman, grandmother of the groom, who was unable to attend; Noah Pikus, nephew of the bride; Miya and Nathan Latz, cousins of the bride; and Benjy Grinberg, cousin of the groom. Lana is the granddaughter of the late Eva and David Shulman, and the late Fayba Pikus. Michael is the grandson of the late Harman Chackman, and the late Evelyn and David Henry.
After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple lives in Wilmington, Del.
