Who doesn't like Oreos? Add them to cheesecake, and you have a winning combination!

Oreo Cheesecake With Sour-Cream Topping

For Crust:

2 cups graham-cracker crumbs

1?2 cup sugar

1?2 cup melted butter

For Filling:

4 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese

11?3 cups sugar

11?3 cups broken-up Oreo cookies (small pieces)

4 whole eggs, plus 1 extra yolk

2 tsps. vanilla

For Topping:

1 large container sour cream

1?2 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350?.

Mix crust ingredients together and pat into a 10-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.

Cream the cream cheese and sugar together. Add the eggs and the vanilla, and beat well. Pour half of the batter into the pan.

Layer with the broken Oreo cookies. Gently pour in the other half of the batter. Bake at 350? for 50 to 60 minutes.

Combine topping ingredients and spread on top of cheesecake.

Bake for 5 minutes more at 425?.
