Kellman Brown Academy
Kellman Brown Academy, a member of the Schechter Day School Network, was established in 1958 with programs offered from Pre-School through grade 8. The school is founded upon the principle of integrated secular and Judaic curricula provided in a challenging and supportive environment. The goal of the dual curriculum is to produce well-educated, ethical individuals who will enjoy success in future study and who will become valuable contributors to the American and Jewish communities.
After a complete self-study by the board and staff of KBA, in 2010, our school received official accreditation from the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools (NJAIS).
Our mission is to cultivate leaders of the Jewish Community and the world by nurturing the potential of each student with an unparalleled academic experience enhanced by Jewish studies and values.
At Kellman Brown Academy we are committed to educating the whole child by focusing on academic excellence, teaching of Jewish values and mitzvot, and developing leadership skills. Through the arts and athletics we strive to build a healthy self-esteem in each individual student. The soul of all our programs is our faculty, most whom have earned masters degrees and continue to grow and to learn.
