Forever Young 2013 features four prominent speakers discussing important topics for health and wellness. Following dinner and a panel discussion, guests may choose from two presentations at 7:00 and 8:00 pm.

7:00 pm presentations:

·         COGNITIVE FITNESS: Promoting Brain Power Across the Lifespan by Steven E. Arnold, MD, Director, Penn Memory Center; Professor, Psychiatry and Neurology, University of Pennsylvania.

·         YOU’RE NEVER TOO OLD TO START GETTING YOUNGER by Charlie Seltzer, MD, Limitless Longevity; Board certified in Obesity Medicine and Internal Medicine, Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist.

8:00 pm presentations:

·         BEATING BOOMERITIS--ARE YOU BUILT TO LAST? by Nicholas A. “Dr. Nick” DiNubile, MD, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Best-selling author of FrameWork—Your 7-Step Program for Healthy Muscles, Bones & Joints and FrameWork “Active for Life” book series.

·         FOREVER SEXUAL: ENJOYING EROTIC PLEASURES AS WE AGE by Betsy Crane, PhD, Professor, Center for Human Sexuality Studies, Widener University.

Forever Young 2013 begins at 5:30 pm with dinner and a panel discussion on DETECTING YOUR BODY’S CLUES presented by Einstein Healthcare Network. It’s no mystery that as we age, our bodies change…but do we know how to interpret early warning signs of health risks? Like medical detectives, five Einstein physicians will help us understand clues in heart health, men’s health, and women’s health. Einstein Healthcare panelists include: Vincent M.
