The doors of the Reading Terminal Market opened early for members of Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) for a November breakfast networking event. A panel of industry leaders addressed “The Pitfalls, Perils, Possibilities and Profits Surrounding Development in Philadelphia.”

JFRE Chair Robert A. Zuritsky, president of the Parkway Corporation, served as moderator for the panel, which included: Brian Abernathy, interim executive director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority; John “Jack” Donnelly, chief executive officer of L.F. Driscoll Co.; Paul Sehnert, director of Real Estate Development for the Facilities and Real Estate Services Division of the University of Pennsylvania; and Howard J. Wurzak, founder, chairman and chief executive officer of the Wurzak Hotel Group.

Following the discussion, JFRE members enjoyed a behind-the-scene tour of one of Philadelphia’s newest hotel projects, Home2Suites by Hilton.
