Interfaith Family Shabbat

November 8, 2013 8:00 PM

Main Line Reform Temple will join with other congregations in the area in celebrating Interfaith Family Shabbat.  This is an opportunity to join with other welcoming communities in trying to build an inclusive, warm and welcoming Jewish community.

Many congregants of MLRT have non-Jewish spouses, partners, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. Our non-Jewish partners have made an incredible commitment:  to be part of a Jewish community, and to help raise Jewish children. MLRT would like to publically acknowledge its gratitude, and offer a blessing.

During Shabbat services, our rabbis will attempt to answer your questions about all things Jewish. MLRT is calling the evening, "Everything You’ve Always Wanted to Know About Services (or anything Jewish) But Did Not Know Who or When to Ask. "

Send your questions in advance to Rabbi Straus, [email protected], or bring them with you on Friday night.
