Finding Meaning in and Enriching our Middle Years: Turn Your Focus to You

Main Line Reform Temple and the Middleton Center of Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church have joined together to address the particular needs of the middle years. This series of five discussions, led by counseling professionals, will lead us in our ongoing conversation about finding new or ongoing meaning and purpose within our lives.  This first presentation, “Turn your Focus to You:  Developing the Underdeveloped Parts of Yourself,” will be lead by Ruthy Kaiser, senior staff therapist with Council for Relationships.
