Join Sherry Hanck for a five-week course, which is open to all levels (even if you’ve never sat still for more than 30 seconds at a time). Participants will receive a manual that includes some of the meditations we will cover, resources for further study and blank space for journaling. You will also receive digital guided meditations for personal use.
