The provocative one-man drama Dr. Capulet Speaks writen by the late Mort Lev, returns to Philadelphia for six performances April 21 through 30 at the Community Education Center (CEC), 3500 Lancaster Avenue. Dr. Capulet Speaks is about sex, murder and misogyny, but mostly about women in late 19th century Philadelphia.
