The Gershman Y’s Actively Aging Series features lectures and conversations on current topics that focus on engaging participants with the aging process. Aimed at audiences over 50 but open to all, this series highlights the triumphs and challenges of aging in our current culture. All sessions are facilitated by David Rosenberg, President, Senior Care Advisors, and Mindy Mozenter, Director of Community Outreach, Home Instead Senior Care of Philadelphia. FUN WITH MEMORY GAMES • March 29 • Fun with Memory Games is an interactive program to help participants exercise their brains and also teach games that can be easily practiced at home.

GET IT TOGETHER: STRATEGIES TO GET MORE ORGANIZED AND WORK YOUR MEMORY • April 26 • Have you ever misplaced your keys and spent an hour looking for them? Or forgotten what the doctor told you after your appointment? This interactive program will explore about why we forget things and provide strategies to help you remember and get organized.

LAUGHTER, HUMOR, AND HEALTH • May 31 • This session will explore the benefits of laughter and how it affects your actual health. Discover strategies on how to add joy to your every day and improve your quality of life.
