Mussar is a Jewish path of character development and spiritual growth leading to awareness, wisdom and transformation. Mussar provides guidance in identifying your uniquely personal path of spiritual growth and offers practices to help bring about that growth. You certainly don’t need to be Jewish to study and practice Mussar. Couples are encouraged to participate in the “Taste of Mussar” program together, but if only one partner (regardless of their religion) is available or wants to participate, they are welcome…
