emma's revolution (Pat Humphries & Sandy O) in Concert

March 9, 2013 7:30 PM

emma’s revolution made up of Pat Humphries & 'Member of the Tribe' Sandy O will be in concert as part of the Out Loud Concert Series in Media, PA.

Doors open at 7:00 pm with open seating.  This concert is suitable for all ages and handicap accessible.

The concert will include their song "Peace, Salaam, Shalom".  You can listen to "Peace, Salaam, Shalom" at https://www.reverbnation.com/emmasrevolution.

In 2011 and 2012, emma's revolution headlined the annual Hanukah Concert for Human Rights, sponsored by the Am Kolel Jewish Renewal Community of Greater Washington (DC). They also traveled to Israel a few years ago and performed/traveled with a group of musicians and peace activists.

They have been described as smart, funny, informative -- like Rachel Maddow and Jon Stewart with guitars.

With hauntingly beautiful harmonies and powerful acoustic instrumentals that deliver the energy and strength of their convictions, emma's revolution creates new standards in the art and culture of social justice.

emma’s revolution’s latest recording, “Revolutions Per Minute” creates an electrifying soundscape
of their characteristically "rousing and soulful" songs of social conscience, in settings from intimate acoustic to full-on funk.
