Rabbi Seymour Rosenbloom , who is retiring from Congregation Adath Jeshurun in Elkins Park, will be saluted by the synagogue’s Women’s Association with its 5774 Torah Fund Person of Achievement Award on March 23. The award is being presented to the rabbinical leader on behalf of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.
