Devoted father of Joel (Jodi) Cohen, Richael Cohen, and Betsy (Matt) Seitchik. Loving grandfather of                 Alexandra, Sam, Dylan, and Chad     Cohen, Alec and Noah Seitchik. Mr. Cohen graduated from Southern High School. He was an Army World War II Veteran. In 1961, he bought his first Lot. Since then, he owned and leased several properties in Center City, Philadelphia.
