Funny, They Don’t Look Brewish

A unique ecumenical collaboration will bear fruit this fall in the form of home-brewed beers

There are the usual ways to celebrate Sukkot, and then there is Rabbi Eli Freedman's method.

As the Jewish Exponent's Eric Berger reports in this article, Freedman, an associate rabbi at Congregation Rodeph Shalom in Center City, has teamed up with a priest and a minister to create an interfaith saison beer that the three religious leaders will debut during the harvest holiday.

No word yet as to whether this gathering will lead to a new round (heh, heh) of "a priest, a rabbi and a minister walk into a bar" jokes.
