Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy
We are a caring community dedicated to integrating intensive Jewish studies with a rigorous college preparatory program. We nurture the social, intellectual and ethical development of our students enriched by a commitment to Jewish values, the Jewish community and the world at large. As a pluralistic day school, we embrace a diverse body of students and parents who represent the entire spectrum of Jewish life and observance in the greater tri-state area.
We educate our students to participate in World Repair (Tikkun Olam), to develop a critical allegiance to the land and people of Israel, and to broaden their horizons through a host of elective courses, clubs, and extracurricular and athletic opportunities on our beautiful 35-acre arboretum campus featuring state-of-the-art facilities.
Perhaps most importantly, our students love being here, deeply value and appreciate their teachers, and seek to build a mutually respectful, supportive school community that values each member's special talents and interests.
We invite you to explore our website, but better yet—come pay us a visit. Once you get to know us, I know you will feel our excitement and appreciate how a Barrack education prepares students to excel in learning, in leading and in life. I look forward to welcoming you personally to our campus and community.
Please note that the Robert Saligman Middle School of Perelman Jewish Day School has closed and will be merging with the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy in September 2013.
