Alumni Networking Event

The Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, formerly Akiba Hebrew Academy, will host an evening with alumni Ami Eden, CEO and editor-in-chief of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, the definitive source of American Jewish news and opinion.
 
Eden will speak on "The Future of the Jewish Media" following a 6 p.m. networking session and a light supper.
 
Ami Eden is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency’s operations, including editorial, business, marketing and fundraising. Before joining JTA in the summer of 2007, he served as executive editor of the Forward newspaper and the founding editor of the Jewish Daily Forward Web site. He also worked as an editor of the Jewish Exponent in Philadelphia.
 
Free for Alumni, $10 for non alumni.
