Local Attorney Presents Award to Supreme Court Justice

White and Williams Senior Counsel David H. Marion, who is national chancellor of Tau Epsilon Rho Law Society, presented on Feb. 11 the fraternity’s Benjamin Nathan Cardozo Memorial Award to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. The presentation occurred at Tau Epsilon Rho’s 96th annual convention in Sarasota, Fla.

A former chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Marion is a longtime board member of the Anti-Defamation League, as well as a member of the Justice Lodge of B’nai B’rith and a congregant of Old York Road Temple – Beth Am. A 2013 recipient of the Judge Learned Hand Award presented by the American Jewish Committee, Marion also received the Religious Liberty Award from the American Jewish Congress.
