Pennsylvania state Sen. Daylin Leach took to Twitter to post an expletive-laced tweet against President Trump, according to the Associated Press.
Leach, who is Jewish, was defending an unnamed Texas lawmaker after Trump made a remark about “destroying” the lawmaker’s career, the AP reported. Trump had told a Texas sheriff at a Feb. 7 White House meeting that he could destroy the lawmaker, who wants to reform asset-forfeiture laws; some critics have said that funding source is abused by police.
In his tweet, Leach said he also opposed civil asset forfeiture, then suggested Trump try to destroy his career as well. The AP said he ended the tweet by calling Trump a “fascist, loofa-faced, s—-gibbon!”
Hey @realDonaldTrump I oppose civil asset forfeiture too! Why don't you try to destroy my career you fascist, loofa-faced, shit-gibbon!
