Kick-Starting the Heart With Exercise

Students from the Kellman Brown Academy, a Jewish day school in South Jersey, couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take part in the NFL Play 60 Challenge, which has participants exercise 60 minutes each day. Top performers got a chance to work out with members of the Philadelphia Eagles at the NovaCare Complex.
