The Philadelphia singer makes his debut at 54 Below in New York.
Eddie Bruce, an accomplished cabaret star, had his 54 Below debut in New York recently, attracting such notables to hear him as legendary singer Marilyn Maye.
The Philly native long ago made his bones as a band leader, one of the more prominent talents on the Bar Mitzvah/wedding circuit in the city.
In recent years, he has appeared as a cabaret headliner, doing programs of Tony Bennett and Anthony Newley numbers. In addition to 54 Below, he's also performed at Feinstein's and other clubs in New York.
