Jeffrey Lurie leads his football team to the playoffs this weekend.
Eagles top gun Jeffrey Lurie is celebrating his team's entry into post-season playoffs for the first time in three years.
The Eagles, who finished the season 10-6 with a victory over the Cowboys this Sunday, face the New Orleans Saints on Jan. 4 at home.
Brandeis University graduate Lurie has owned the Eagles for 20 years. The team went through a series of changes this season, including the addition of former University of Oregon coach Chip Kelly as head coach.
Lurie's past credits contain accomplishments outside the sports arena as well: As a producer, his film, Inside Job, won the best documentary Oscar in 2011.
